We move in patterns that can be broken down into parts and progressions. We practice the parts and progressions of movement patterns to improve the entire pattern or to learn patterns we have not done before. This class is open to all levels. Invest an hour a week for four weeks in a class that focuses on all of the parts and progressions inside of "The Muscle Up". Movers who attend this course will improve all of their gymnastics skills progressing them towards performing muscle ups. If you can already do muscle ups this will improve your current skills. Attending the entire four week course is the optimal scenario for progress but athletes can also drop-in to a single session!
